* What are your healthy habits?
I keep a regular sleep-wake schedule even on weekends. I go to bed at midnight and get up at 6:30 in the morning. It helps me fall asleep and wake up more easily. I also eat regularly. I don't skip breakfast, eat a light lunch, and eat a smaller dinner. I don't overeat, either. Sticking to a good eating habit is the key to my healthy life.
I never lie down when I am not sleeping. Many people tend to lie down while watching TV, reading, or playing with their phones. That is such a bad habit. You should lie down only when you sleep. Then, it relaxes you and you can fall into a deep sleep right away. You will get up early in the morning and you will feel fresh. By keeping this simple rule, you can function at your best.
